SABOS 2008 Challenge Bead

Each year, the SABOS Board chooses a special, unique or crazy bead for members to challenge themselves to create a piece of beautiful art work. The 2007 Challenge Bead was unveiled at our meeting on December 12th, 2007. You may purchase yours at any SABOS meeting. Only $2.00 per strand.

What do you do with the Challenge Bead? Make anything you want and then bring it to the SABOS Party in May. There is only one rule - whatever you make must include at least one Challenge Bead.

2008 Challenge Bead News - If you finish your Challenge Bead before April 9th, you may give it to Ann Pearce at the April Meeting. Otherwise, the Challenge Bead contest jewelry submissions are due by May 1 at Ann's shop. Challenge beads can still be purchased for $2/strand at Ann's shop or at the April meeting.
